I started using this product at the suggestion of my massage therapist. I have chronic hip pain that makes it difficult to sleep, and this balm provides some relief when I use it in the evenings. In addition, I also use it on my shoulders when they are tense. I do believe that I experience some relaxation and less tightness after using this product.
I have tried other similar balms, but this by far, has provided me the most relief.
So, I twisted my ankle; I used this for a month with other essential oils. This made all the difference to avoid a doctor's visit.
So I was very skeptical about trying this but it really does work. I use it for back, neck & shoulder pain & now I’m hooked. It helps so much with soreness & stiffness!
