Rose Quartz is cooling, and when used on the skin can enhance blood flow, help to stimulate lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, stimulate collagen production and encourage cell turnover.
Rose Quartz Facial Roller: Use in the mornings to increase blood circulation, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, and increase the absorption of products into the skin. Use the small roller for under the eyes and around the nose to relieve sinus pressure. Roll over the skin in upward and outward motions, working on one side of the face at a time. After rolling over both sides of the face, roll from under the ears down to the collarbone to encourage lymphatic flow.
Gua Sha: Use at night to gently sculpt the facial muscles, contour the face and relax facial tension. Apply your favorite facial serum (with the enclosed mask brush) to the skin and then massage your skin with the gua sha stone in upward strokes using the edge of the gua sha stone. After massaging the face in upward and outward motions, massage from under the ears down to the collarbone and in downward motions on neck and décolleté to encourage lymphatic flow and relax muscles.

After use: Rinse your roller, gua sha, and mask brush with warm water and gentle soap between each use and store in a cool place.
